1	qt	;water
12		Whole cloves
2		3-inch cinnamon sticks
1/3	c	Sugar
4		Regular-sized tea bags
12	oz	Can frozen cranberry juice concentrate; undiluted

: Bring first four ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Pour over tea bags; cover and steep 3 minutes.
